Donate
Taking a break from merchandise Fundraisers? You are welcome to donate without purchasing an item during several of our fundraisers.
During a fundraiser, simply select the option to decline an item but donate a dollar amount and the PAC will receive funds through Cheddar Up. We do recommend the e-check option over a credit card due to a lower transaction cost. There is also the option to donate via physical check. Simply drop off checks made out to the Shawsheen-West PAC at the front office of either school.
Volunteer
There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the year. For events where volunteers are in direct contact with the students, a CORI form must be on record. These last 3 years and are valid in all of the Wilmington schools. See the front office at Shawsheen or West with your license to fill out a form.
West School Store
Parents of students at the West Intermediate School have the opportunity to help on Fridays at the School Store. Please email the PAC with any questions or to get involved.
Lunch/Recess
While the parent volunteers are managed by the schools directly, we are happy to help spread the word and answer questions about volunteering for lunch and/or recess.
Teacher Appreciation Week
May 2024 - In April, look for an announcement about the option to donate desserts and drinks for the staff lunch.
Yearbook
5th grade students have the opportunity to purchase a yearbook created by a group of 5th grade parent volunteers.
Field Day
Each school has a field day in June where parents have the opportunity to volunteer.
