"Eyes on Owls" will be back for another year to impress our 3rd graders in October 2025. This show has been a favorite for many years at Shawsheen.
Wilmington Native and Author Kristin Robinson visited in March 2024 with her father Ed Harrison to share her book Larry the Lobster! Click Here for the article in the Town Crier.
For 2025 Mrs. King and the PAC are planning to have a another author visit the two schools.
In January 2024, there was a visit from Plimoth Plantation to Shawsheen for our 2nd grade students.

For the 2025/2026 school year, the PAC and Mrs. King plan to have Explore the Ocean World back for its third year with the 1st grade students in May. This program included a touch tank with live animals that each classroom was able to experience! Click Here to view more pictures.

In May of 2025 students attended a different performance/presentation focused on culture from the Arts for Learning Massachusetts: "Wongai! Rhythms of West Africa, Brazil & the Caribbean"
