For 2025 Mrs. King and the PAC are planning to have a another author visit the two schools.

In January 2024, there was a visit from Plimoth Plantation to Shawsheen for our 2nd grade students.

For the 2024/2025 school year, the PAC and Mrs. King plan to have Explore the Ocean World back for its second year with the 1st grade students in May.  This program included a touch tank with live animals that each classroom was able to experience! Click Here to view more pictures.

All students at Shawsheen and West attended a performance entitled "Kathak: Dancing Rhythms and Stories of India" in April of 2024.  Click Here to view pictures.

For the 2024/2025 school year the students will be viewing a different performance/presentation focused on culture from the Arts for Learning Massachusetts.
